All Australian orders will be processed with 24-72 hours. Please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel as you need to add this on top of the estimated shipping times. Express orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days to most metropolitan areas and between 5-7 business days for remote locations within Australia.

All parcels received must be signed for at the provided delivery address, unless stated otherwise when placing your order. Senoa accepts no responsibility for lost or missing orders that you have given permission to be left unattended without being signed for.
Please track your order and make sure that you are at the address provided to accept and sign your parcel. Should no one be home the courier will leave a card stating where you can collect your parcel from- please ensure you collect your parcel within the timeframe provided to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

Senoa will only accept the return of our products if they are unopened and unused and are returned in their original packaging and condition. No refunds will be made for any products that have been opened or damaged.
