Please take a photo of your item and how it arrived and email it to email@example.com and we will take you step b y step through the returns process. For any items that arrive broken or faulty you will be provide with a store credit or replacement if we are notified within 21 days of the purchase receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have discussed the situation with you.
If your order has been held by customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/ customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to be cleared. Senoa is not liable to contact customs officials or refund any orders which are refused by customs and returned to Senoa. Senoa provides all necessary documentation for your order to be cleared by customs.
Only Australian residents can use a PO Box as their shipping address when placing an order. All other orders must be a street address with correct contact details just incase the courier needs to contact you.
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, if you wish to return your product due to an issue with the product itself please contact us at info @senoaskinhairbody.com.au and we will discuss and come to a solution for you. We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind.
Shipping return costs for faulty or damaged items will be refunded to you by Senoa once the order has been received.
(We recommend you use a trackable postage method as Senoa will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit).
All our orders are processed immediately through our warehouse and do not accept any cancellations on orders placed.

All our orders are automated and shipping labels are automatically generated; we cannot guarantee that our online orders team will be able to intercept the order prior to it being dispatched but we will try our absolute best.

Senoa will not be held responsible for any details entered incorrectly at the time or ordering including incorrect delivery details.
One of our ingredients Tamanu is derived from a nut tree. We state clearly on our website and packaging to not use our product if you have an allergy to nuts. Even though our products are 100% natural people still have allergic reactions to natural ingredients and we urge all our clients to read the ingredients list. Senoa will not be held liable for anyone who does not read our precautions on our labels or packaging however we value our client’s health and safety and hope that you are okay.
Unfortunately, our main ingredients are derived from a range of natural berry oils, so if you have an allergy to berries you will not be able to use our products.
Whilst we strongly believe in the natural UV protection of Berry Seed oils this is not yet recognized by the FDA, so we highly recommend using a sunscreen protection prior to applying our protects to your skin. Senoa will not be held liable for anyone who does not apply sunscreen protection when using any of our products on their skin and face. It is important to practice sun safety and whilst our products have amazing benefits to sun exposed skin it is still particularly important to practice these steps when exposed to the sun.
We trust in our products and the power of their natural ingredients however we cannot guarantee that everyone will get the results that they are after due to different skin types, different needs and certain underlying issues that would be out of our control.
All Senoa products are made of 100% natural ingredients, we do not use any artificial ingredients. Every single ingredient comes from a plant or natural source and is 100% vegan and cruelty free. Our products focus on the best ingredient’s nature has to offer allowing our bodies to benefit from the power of nature. Our bottles are also 100% recyclable plastic.
